SAINZ Watch Co. , a small boutique watch company from SoCal, has come into the market with it’s new collection for 2008 the Maestro Rally sport chronograph swiss handmade timepiece.
Basic design of a 40mm chrono with nice subdued color. Looks a bit like an omega but seems distinct enough. It’s design is based on the chronos worn by F1 pilots of the 50’s and 60’s. Only 120 of the model shown here will be made per year per style, with styles in brown, black and rust handcrafted leather bands. Comes with a 5 year warranty.
MSRP is of $ 820.00 at select high end jewelries and mens boutiques. http://www.sainzwatch.com
And what a shocker!… not, just a minor revision to the nose and side strakes… otherwise completely the same as the 2008 model…

Yes it was a cold day in hell but team BRIONI beat (for second time in a row) the 2006 champions team CARTIER (whom hosts the event). The tournamnet is held on St. Moritz lake and this 24th edition drew almost 20,000 visitors… we though have to lament the lost of polo player Jean Pierre Chandon Montblanc who plunged into the icy lake with horse and all . . . just kidding!, but would have been funny.
Well everyone dreaming of a cheaper FERRARI has had it’s whishes answered (if cheap means $90,000). The vehicle that has been denied by ferrari for the last 4 years will see the light of Day at either the Geneva motor show or the Paris motor show (we think it’s the later due to more panache). The vehicle is for real since valuable sorces have said that many of the cars parts suppliers have been given the go ahead to start churning out producting this spring. The car will be a GT 2+2 in the vein of a smaller 612 scaglietti and rumored it’s based on the developed in full (but then not used Maserati prototype that was too costly due to the Ferrari devel input), so it makes sense that they use the car after all… it’s already paid for!
Attention : SoCal, Miami and NY millionaires – get your checkbooks!
After a long and needed rest THE CHARMING MAN has returned to a glorious 2008… and how the world has changed while I was away. The housing market is a disaster and we don’t even know who’s Republican or Democrat anymore… but who cares.. as long as pretty there are shinny pretty things are out there to distract us… well lets kick in fun. . . and remember . . . and never be boring!!!
Well yes BMW has taken all the stress out of the sugar daddies of the world by taking the funny question “what car can I give to lure out the young hotties?” and giving you the solution with this :
the 2008 BMW 1 series coupe…
Very nice, cute and inexpensive (compared to other Beemers…)
Note: All black with black rims is the latest in coed taste.
4 Points for having the potential of turning into a strippers car.
Hublot is hitting Paris and not the “ditzy” one but the city of lights. In opening it’s FIRST Paris Store. Very quaint and very exclusive, not that large but again everything is smaller in Europe… Enjoy.
8 Points for nice see through film on store entrance.
Will if it’s good enough for “PUFF DADDY” then it must be good enough for HUBLOT. The fine swiss watchmaker has opened a dedicated Boutique in the quaint town of St. Tropez. And to honor this event it has released a limited edition what dedicated to the towns POLO club… named of course St. Tropez Polo club edition.
One catch : you’d have to ask Puff Daddy, or P diddy, or Diddy or WHAT ever his name is to buy you one when he’s there ’cause they’ll only sell them in S .T. …. “yeah, yeah, ya feeling me baby” – (P Duffy song liric… I think)
Think Mercedes Benz is an old man’s car?… well the boys at Mercedes are on a mission : NO MORE BORING CARS!… and their first salvo is the new 2008 C36 AMG… this puppy will have 18 inch wheels standard, special contured bucket seats and a howling supercharged engine worth 457 BHP!…
The charming man wants one!!!
DUNHILL has just released their provenance edition Ferrari GTO limited production cufflinks. These cufflinks are in homage to the famous 1962 Ferrari GTO and are sculpted in the cars shape. One curious detail is that they’re actually crafted from the aluminum panels of an ORIGINAL GTO!…
Available in limited quantities at select Dunhill stores.
8 points for cool use of GTO panels.
1 point for melting a GTO to make these.
